Shipping

Please contact us ASAP.

We ship with Fed Ex, UPS and Parcel Force.

Warranty

All products come with a 12 month manufacturing warranty; if it’s over 12 months old we cannot repair / replace under warranty, but we can suggest a repair company or provide replacement parts. Please contact us for further assistance. 

Please contact us, confirming the date you sent the product back and with which courier.

Please return the product to us, clean and dry, and confirm your name and the date you purchased your product.

Please contact us, providing images of the fault and a copy of your proof of purchase. We will be able to access the product and complete a warranty claim on your behalf.

Generally the serial number is located towards the rear of the boat with the load capacity information.

With warranty, we will only replace the part that has failed, so a replacement bladder will come without another boston valve.

With the bladders still in the Kayak skin, stand at the rear of your boat - the end with the valves - and face the front.

Once you have identified which bladder is leaking, we advise removing it from the skin, inflating it and then simply spray soapy water over the bladder until you see bubbling - this will be where the air is escaping from.

Returns

As long as the product is still in its packaging and in new condition, you can just contact us and we will advise on how to proceed.

By law the seller has no obligation to accept returns after 30 days, but it may be worth getting in contact to see if we can come to an arrangement that you are happy with. 

Stores have to offer 30 days to return a product you are unhappy with it. We offer you 60 days but if you get in touch with us, it may be possible to extend this or find a solution that works for you.
